Jan 31st
Today I decided that I was going to do my best to make the day work for me. I had a slimfast for breakfast and worked out as much as my kids would let me. I wasn't able to do as hard a work out as I would have liked but it was still a good workout. I had soup and salad for lunch with some breadsticks. I walked around the mall for an hour or so which made me feel a little better about the not working out as much. I made chicken, rice and carrots for dinner and of course, had an ice cream cone for dessert, I really need to stop that!!!!!!! I weighed myself and I have lost 6.6 lbs and am hoping tomorrow I can hit the 7 lb mark. That would mean I would have lost 2 more pounds than my original goal and what an awesome start to the new month that would be! I guess we will see!!
