Feb 17th
Today was alright. I got up and worked out for an hour. I had a slimfast shake for breakfast. I had chicken for lunch but had fries too so that is not healthy! I had eggs and oatmeal for dinner, I also had bacon which I know isn't good either. It is so hard to get rid of everything I want to eat and I just need to figure out how to fix it! I snacked too much today and I went over the 1200 calories so I'm really mad at myself for that! I gave in and weighed myself which I hadn't wanted to do until Monday but i did and I have lost 9.4 lbs. i love that because it's almost 10 lbs but I could have lost so much more if I had only been better about things!!!
