Feb 8th

Today was good. I got up and had a slimfast for breakfast. I worked out for 45 minutes and loved it! I had a sandwich for lunch which was good but I hadn't realized how many calories it had. It seemed so simple but the mayonaise and the white bread jump the calories up like crazy!!! For dinner we had meatloaf for dinner and it was really good and wasn't too many calories. I am going to do better tomorrow because I downloaded an app on my phone that helps me track everything!!!
