Feb 24th

Today was a good day! I got up and worked out. It was the best workout yet. I worked out for an hour and 15 minutes. I felt soooooo good after! I had slimfast for breakfast. I had chicken for lunch. For dinner we had chicken tacos. I had a little bit of dr pepper but not much at all. It all in all was a good day diet wise even with the drive to Utah and all.
