Today really was alot like yesterday lol. Didn't eat the best but tried to make sure I didn' tgo over my calories for the day. I went online and found the schedule for p90x so I am actually going to start that tomorrow. As of now, i have been working out to p90x but I have chosen the dvd for the day not what they recommended. I am hoping by doing this I will see a little better results in the weight loss field. I have officially lost 8.4 lbs so I can't complain too much.
