Feb 11th

Today I got up and had a slimfast drink for breakfast and a banana. I had a shrimp salad for lunch and for dinner had french dip sandwiches. I had a pretty good calorie day except for the fact that I did snack quite a bit. owe well. I weighed myself and I have hit the 8 lbs lost mark, yay! I hope it stays off that is for sure!!!! To stick to my goal I need to lose atleast two more pounds this month in order to keep to the 5 lbs a month. I did lose 7 last month so if I was able to still lose 5 this month I would be at 12 lbs but I don't see that happening. That would mean I need to lose 4 more lbs. ugggh!!! I am going to push and push hard but we will see.
