Feb.7th
So as you can tell, my internet got turned back on lol. That is why there have been so many updates. I got up this morning and had a slimfast shake for breakfast. I worked out for about 45 minutes today, not my hardest though. I need to work out harder for sure tomorrow. I had a chicken sandwich for lunch and a few sips of dr pepper but that is all I had so that is better than what I was having the day before last. For dinner I had chicken fried steak and potatoes that Sarah made, it was really good. Once in a while I don't think it will be too bad to have diet wise! I am going to make tomorrow a better day, I want to lose so much more weight before I go on my girls weekend in a couple weeks, it probably won't be that much but I had better lose some before that!!!!
