Today was an alright day. I did not work out, which really sucks!!! I had a slimfast drink for breakfast, a chicken sandwich for lunch and left overs for dinner. I may not have gotten alot done with my working out but I got alot of other things done for my church calling. I haven't gained weight luckily but I know if I continue on this route that I will gain. I need to step it up really bad! :(
