Today was a pretty good day. I tried the new schedule and about died with how hard the dvd is that I have never done. It was crazy! It felt good but man it was hard. I had a slimfast for breakfast and part of a banana. For lunch I had chicken. For dinner I had a steak and some corn. My calories are good for the day so I'm doing pretty good i think. I am not going to weigh myself everyday like I have been, I am going to weigh myself once a week so maybe that will help me be a little better.
