Feb 22nd
Today was alright. I got up and had a slimfast drink for breakfast. I worked out for about 45 minutes and it felt soooo good. It is a workout I haven't really done before so I was glad to try something new even though it kicked my trash hard!!! For lunch I went out with Chrystal to Chilis. They didn't have a seperate section for healthy foods on their menu and I think that is something that every restauraunt should have! I was pretty bummed. For dinner I had a steak. I have stayed clear of Dr Pepper for a little while now so I am really hoping I can keep this going and start losing weight a little faster.
