Today was a reallly bad day. I tried to work out but the kids wouldn't have it. I only got 30 minutes in so I guess that is better thanb nothing. I got up and had a slimfast drink for breakfast, cereal for lunch and turkey with ptotatoes for dinner. I struggled really bad to day so tomorrow there is going to be a change. I honestly am trying to figure out why I am having so many days where I struggle when I am still wanting this so badly and work out soooo hard when I do work out!! Hopefully tomorrow is going to be a good change.
