Feb. 27th

Today was a pretty good day. I guess. I got up and had a slimfast for breakfast. For lunch I had some pancakes but I didn't feel like alot so there wasn't much of that. I snacked a little at Randy's mom's house but not much at all. For dinner we had chicken noodle soup and grilled cheese sandwiches which weren't healthy but hey, I didn't eat alot during th day. I did have about 8 oz of Dr. Pepper today. I didn't work out today unfortunately.

Feb. 26th

Today was a better day for me. I got up and had a slimfast drink for breakfast. We went swimming for an hour before we checked out of the hotel. We went to Subway for lunch which was better than all the other places hahaha. We came back to Utah county unfortunately and for dinner we had homemade macaroni and cheese. I did have a little bit of chocolate and I didn't have any dr Pepper today. :) Atleast that I remember but I know I bought water for lunch hahaha

Feb. 25th

Today was an awesome day life wise but a horrible day diet wise lol. I got up and had the intentions of eating good. I tried the liquid egg whites and they were actually very good. I had those for breakfast and then a slimfast. For lunch we went to the Olive Garden and had their soup and salad meal, which is not as healthy as you would expect. I did have Dr. Pepper today. :( We went to an outdoor mall in SLC and walked around for hours! It was nice, plus we walked there from our hotel so we had the walk back as well. We went to dinner at a place called Le Tejas or something like that and it was realllllly good. I'm sure not calorie wise. I had some chocolate and more Dr. Pepper after we got back to the room from swimming for an hour or an hour and a half. I am hoping the walking and the swimming took care of most of the extra calories but I'm not counting on it. I am scared to death to stand on the scale!!!

Feb 24th

Today was a good day! I got up and worked out. It was the best workout yet. I worked out for an hour and 15 minutes. I felt soooooo good after! I had slimfast for breakfast. I had chicken for lunch. For dinner we had chicken tacos. I had a little bit of dr pepper but not much at all. It all in all was a good day diet wise even with the drive to Utah and all.

Feb 23rd

Okay so I went on vacation and am now just updating this. I don't remeber everything but I will surely try. I didn't work out today because it was just one of those days, I was busy trying to get things packed for going to Utah. I got up and ran some errands. I had a slimfast for breakfast, for lunch I had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. For dinner we had steak. It was a pretty normal day other than not working out.

Feb 22nd

Today was alright. I got up and had a slimfast drink for breakfast. I worked out for about 45 minutes and it felt soooo good. It is a workout I haven't really done before so I was glad to try something new even though it kicked my trash hard!!! For lunch I went out with Chrystal to Chilis. They didn't have a seperate section for healthy foods on their menu and I think that is something that every restauraunt should have! I was pretty bummed. For dinner I had a steak. I have stayed clear of Dr Pepper for a little while now so I am really hoping I can keep this going and start losing weight a little faster.

Feb. 21st

Today was a pretty good day. I got up and had a slimfast drink for breakfast. I worked out for an hour. I had enchiladas for lunch and yes I did snack some unfortunately. I had a taco casserole for dinner that a family in our ward made when we went over for dinner so I'm not sure how many calories it was. I have been wearing a slimming belt when I work out and it is just amazing! I really like how much more I feel like I sweat when I wear it!

Feb. 20th

Today was an alright day. I woke up and had cereal for breakfast. I wasn't going to work out today but I changed my mind when I couldn't stay at church. Randy was working and the girls were horrible so i came home and worked out. It was nice since I hadn't worked out the last two days. I am working out all this week because this weekend I might not get the chance too. I am making sure I have done as much as I can before!!!! I had a peanut and butter jelly sandwich for lunch and for dinner had chicken enchiladas for Randy's birthday dinner. I did cheat and had some cheesecake as well. I guess we'll see how much I regret that later. :)

Feb 19th

Today was alright. I got up and took the day off from working out. That means I need to work out tomorrow! I went out to breakfast with randy and we walked around a lot so I think I got a little bit in. I ate a late breakfast so we really didn't have a lunch. For dinner I had a quesadilla thing but didn't like it so I don't think I went over my calories today, I sure hope I didn't because I didn't eat that much lol.

Feb 18th

Today was pretty good. I got up and was going to work out but life happened so I couldn't. I had a slimfast shake for breakfast. I had a subway sandwich for lunch and then had tacos for dinner. I really didn't snack much today since I was so busy so I am soooo glad about that! I am down to 9.8 lbs lost, I am going to try tomorrow to make sure I stick to the diet and don't snack, maybe I can lose the weight at the rate I would like!

Feb 17th

Today was alright. I got up and worked out for an hour. I had a slimfast shake for breakfast. I had chicken for lunch but had fries too so that is not healthy!  I had eggs and oatmeal for dinner, I also had bacon which I know isn't good either. It is so hard to get rid of everything I want to eat and I just need to figure out how to fix it! I snacked too much today and I went over the 1200 calories so I'm really mad at myself for that! I gave in and weighed myself which I hadn't wanted to do until Monday but  i did and I have lost 9.4 lbs. i love that because it's almost 10 lbs but I could have lost so much more if I had only been better about things!!!

Feb 16th

Today was a reallly bad day. I tried to work out but the kids wouldn't have it. I only got 30 minutes in so I guess that is better thanb nothing. I got up and had a slimfast drink for breakfast, cereal for lunch and turkey with ptotatoes for dinner. I struggled really bad to day so tomorrow there is going to be a change. I honestly am trying to figure out why I am having so many days where I struggle when I am still wanting this so badly and work out soooo hard when I do work out!! Hopefully tomorrow is going to be a good change.

Feb 15th

Today was a pretty good day. I woke up and had a slimfast drink for breakfast. I worked out today for an hour. It felt so nice!! I drank tons of water today too which made me happy! I had a some pasta for lunch from Livesmart/Schwans. I had shephards pie for dinner. I had a hard time with snackng today so I hope it doesn't cause me to struggle! I just wish the weight would fall off more than it is.

Feb 14th

Today was a pretty good day. I tried the new schedule and about died with how hard the dvd is that I have never done. It was crazy! It felt good but man it was hard. I had a slimfast for breakfast and part of a banana. For lunch I had chicken. For dinner I had a steak and some corn. My calories are good for the day so I'm doing pretty good i think. I am not going to weigh myself everyday like I have been, I am going to weigh myself once a week so maybe that will help me be a little better.

Feb. 13th

Today really was alot like yesterday lol. Didn't eat the best but tried to make sure I didn' tgo over my calories for the day. I went online and found the schedule for p90x so I am actually going to start that tomorrow. As of now, i have been working out to p90x but I have chosen the dvd for the day not what they recommended. I am hoping by doing this I will see a little better results in the weight loss field. I have officially lost 8.4 lbs so I can't complain too much.

Feb 12th

Today was an alright day. I got up and went out to breakfast with Randy. It's crazy when I looked the calories up online for the meal I got it was almost 1000 calories!! I completely understand now why you really have to watch where you go and what you eat! I made sure to cut back on snacking and watched very closely what I ate so I didn't go too far over my calorie goal for the day. I am taking today and tomorrow off from exercise because I have exercised quite a bit and don't want to over do it.

Feb 11th

Today I got up and had a slimfast drink for breakfast and a banana. I had a shrimp salad for lunch and for dinner had french dip sandwiches. I had a pretty good calorie day except for the fact that I did snack quite a bit. owe well. I weighed myself and I have hit the 8 lbs lost mark, yay! I hope it stays off that is for sure!!!! To stick to my goal I need to lose atleast two more pounds this month in order to keep to the 5 lbs a month. I did lose 7 last month so if I was able to still lose 5 this month I would be at 12 lbs but I don't see that happening. That would mean I need to lose 4 more lbs. ugggh!!! I am going to push and push hard but we will see.

Feb 10th

Today was a really good day. I worked out and tracked all of the stuff I ate with the calorie counter. I got up and had cereal for breakfast, slimfast for lunch and then we had a chicken and broccoli casserole. I started working my abs out and for some reason it feels like my stomach is so much bigger! My sister thinks I need to drink more water so we will see if that helps. I don't know but I sure hope that my belly doesn't get bigger by working out and not smaller because that would not make me happy!!!!

Feb 9th

Today felt like it was an awesome day, I am praying that I am right and that tomorrow it will show!!! I got up and worked out burning over 1000 calories and it felt AWESOME!!! I am hoping tomorrow that I can work out even longer tomorrow, not necessarily for more calories burned but I need to get rid of my gut. I had a slimfast drink for breakfast and 1/4 of a banana because the girls didn't finish it lol. For lunch I had Special K for lunch and then a chicken salad for dinner. I did snack a little but not much at all so it was great!!! I am hoping i am not going to be bummed tomorrow if my hard work doesn't show right off but I really feel like tomorrow I will see a difference. I have been stuck at 7 lbs 6 oz lost for a while now and I just want it to change.

Feb 8th

Today was good. I got up and had a slimfast for breakfast. I worked out for 45 minutes and loved it! I had a sandwich for lunch which was good but I hadn't realized how many calories it had. It seemed so simple but the mayonaise and the white bread jump the calories up like crazy!!! For dinner we had meatloaf for dinner and it was really good and wasn't too many calories. I am going to do better tomorrow because I downloaded an app on my phone that helps me track everything!!!

Feb.7th

So as you can tell, my internet got turned back on lol. That is why there have been so many updates. I got up this morning and had a slimfast shake for breakfast. I worked out for about 45 minutes today, not my hardest though. I need to work out harder for sure tomorrow. I had a chicken sandwich for lunch and a few sips of dr pepper but that is all I had so that is better than what I was having the day before last. For dinner I had chicken fried steak and potatoes that Sarah made, it was really good. Once in a while I don't think it will be too bad to have diet wise! I am going to make tomorrow a better day, I want to lose so much more weight before I go on my girls weekend in a couple weeks, it probably won't be that much but I had better lose some before that!!!!

Feb 6th

Today was a good day! I got up and worked out. It felt soooo good. I had a shake for breakfast, for lunch I snacked which is HORRIBLE!!!! I hope that doesn't kick me in the butt in the future!! For dinner I made chicken and pasta. I ate not so good today but I didn't have dr pepper today so that makes me happy! With the last few days I have had dr pepper and not been happy about it. I guess that is my major addiction, I don't know why I want it so bad because I know it isnt good and doesn't make me feel good but I still drink it.

Feb 5th

Today was an alright day. I did not work out, which really sucks!!! I had a slimfast drink for breakfast, a chicken sandwich for lunch and left overs for dinner. I may not have gotten alot done with my working out but I got alot of other things done for my church calling. I haven't gained weight luckily but I know if I continue on this route that I will gain. I need to step it up really bad! :(

Feb. 4th

Today I tried to work out but it didn't work so well. The kids were horrible so I only got in like 20 minutes of a workout. It was a pretty busy day with  errands so my mind wasn't exactly in the best place. I had a slimfast shake for breakfast, a hamburger for lunch, and for dinner I had taco stuff. Other than that, not much happened, just hoping things get better for tomorrow.

Feb. 3rd

Today I didn't work out but I was ready too. We were getting ready to work out and something happened with Cassie so we had to go to the ER. Working out didn't happen but I tried watching what I ate. I had a waffle for breakfast and a cheeseburger for lunch, ugggh. For dinner I had french toast and hashbrowns. I have lost 6 more oz but we'll see if that was just me having a light day.

Feb. 2nd

I got up today and worked out. I had cereal for breakfast, chicken for lunch and taco salad for dinner. It wasn't a very entertaining day and I honestly didn't feel like I had much of a good day with working out and eating but I know I hadn't done as bad as I felt. I'm hoping I can lose more this month than I did last month but we will see and I honestly couldn't complain if I had lost 14 lbs by the end of this month because that is still 14 lbs.

Feb 1st

Today was a really good day. I woke up and worked out. I weighed myself and I hit 7 LBS!!! I am so excited! It definitely is something that is working and I don't want to give up! I found my watch so I can watch my calories as well so I'm excited for that again. I snacked some today but not too much. I had cereal for breakfast, for lunch I had leftovers from last night's dinner. For dinner I had chicken and rice. All together it was a good day!!!

Jan 31st

Today I decided that I was going to do my best to make the day work for me. I had a slimfast for breakfast and worked out as much as my kids would let me. I wasn't able to do as hard a work out as I would have liked but it was still a good workout. I had soup and salad for lunch with some breadsticks. I walked around the mall for an hour or so which made me feel a little better about the not working out as much. I made chicken, rice and carrots for dinner and of course, had an ice cream cone for dessert, I really need to stop that!!!!!!! I weighed myself and I have lost 6.6 lbs and am hoping tomorrow I can hit the 7 lb mark. That would mean I would have lost 2 more pounds than my original goal and what an awesome start to the new month that would be! I guess we will see!!

Jan 30th

With it being sunday today I didn't work out. Plus, I wanted the morning for my family since my sister was leaving in the morning when we left for church. I had cereal for breakfast and a slimfast drink for lunch. I came home and we had pizza for dinner, Not the best I know! It was a pretty good day other than that. I didn't have as much emotional issues with the family either so I am sure that helped.
