Feb 1st

Today was a really good day. I woke up and worked out. I weighed myself and I hit 7 LBS!!! I am so excited! It definitely is something that is working and I don't want to give up! I found my watch so I can watch my calories as well so I'm excited for that again. I snacked some today but not too much. I had cereal for breakfast, for lunch I had leftovers from last night's dinner. For dinner I had chicken and rice. All together it was a good day!!!
