Today was a really good day. I worked out and tracked all of the stuff I ate with the calorie counter. I got up and had cereal for breakfast, slimfast for lunch and then we had a chicken and broccoli casserole. I started working my abs out and for some reason it feels like my stomach is so much bigger! My sister thinks I need to drink more water so we will see if that helps. I don't know but I sure hope that my belly doesn't get bigger by working out and not smaller because that would not make me happy!!!!
