Today was a good day. I got up and weighed myself and I had lost not gained on my vacation. I have lost a total of 10.8 lbs! YAY! I got up and had slimfast for breakfast and then had a chicken for lunch. For dinner we had ravioli and tortellini. We did work out today, I didn't feel like I was able to work out as much as I would have liked but atleast I worked out right! :)
