Today was an alright day. I got up and had a slimfast shake for breakfast. I worked out really hard today, it was nice!!! I had chicken for lunch. For dinner I had french dip sandwiches, one of my faves. lol. I did snack today but I am going to really try to work harder on that. I don't want to start gaining stuff back. I am already a bit down because I am at the weight I was last monday which means I have not lost a pound in the last week so I have to work extra hard to make sure I hit my 5 lbs this month!!
