Mar. 24th
Today I got up and I have hit 14.2 lbs lost. I really need to step it up though! If I want to stick to my goal I need to have lost 15 lbs. I only have a few more days to stick to that. I am trying to keep my head up but the weight loss is going so slow and I know it is because I am not eating exactly how I should. :( I had slimfast for breakfast and worked out. After I worked out I went to lunch with Randy and had soup and salad. For dinner we had chicken and brown rice. I haven't been as good as I should at counting my calories on my phone. I think that is some of my problem so I am going to try and be better about that.
