Today was a pretty good day! I got up and weighed, I've lost another pound!!!! 11.8 down. I had a slimfast for breakfast. We went to Cassie's to work out. I worked out pretty good but again feel like I should have worked harder. I had subway for lunch and for dinner we had chicken and rice. I have been having a lot more energy lately so I've been able to do things around the house too that have helped with my calorie burning as well. :)
