Mar. 15th

Today was a pretty good day for me. I got up and worked out. I had a slimfast shake for breakfast. For lunch I had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I snacked a little but I don't think i did as bad as yesterday. I had chicken salad for dinner which was really good! I didn't have any ice cream, YAY! I had a 100 calorie bag of popcorn. I hope that's not horrible. I did walk after dinner so I am hoping that I burned a little bit of dinner off.
