Today was a pretty good day. I got up and had the slimfast drink for breakfast. I worked out again and loved it again. For some reason I think I am working out harder than normal because I am sure feeling the burn! I had chicken for lunch. I had steak for dinner so that was a little bit more than I wanted in the meat department of my diet lol. I did snack too much today so I am just hoping that I am still going to be losing weight this week.
