So today was not bad at all. I didn't work out, we took the day off. I did watch what I ate though. I had a shake for breakfast, a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for lunch., For dinner we had chinese food. It was good but I sure felt different after it, I think my body just isn't handling fattier foods as well anymore which is a good thing. I haven't had Dr. Pepper in a while so I'm feeling really good about that!!!
