Mar. 29th

Today was an okay day. I got up and had a slimfast for breakfast. I had tortellini for lunch and chicken and dumplings for dinner. I did snack more today and that sucked! I am trying really hard but some hard days it just doesn't work and with the move and all that. I am going to make it work and try to work harder on the snacking thing!

Mar. 28th

Today was a pretty good day. I got up and had slimfast for breakfast. I worked out and it felt sooo awesome! I don't get why I struggle to do it sometimes. For lunch I had grilled chicken bites. For dinner we had sweet and sour chicken and fried rice. I know it's not as healthy but it was really good. I did snack some today and when I weighed myself I was within .4 lbs of my 15 lbs lost goal.

Mar. 27th

Today was a pretty good day. I got up and had a slim fast drink for breakfast. I had eggs, pancakes and a pice of bacon for lunch. For dinner we had tortellini. I really didn't snack that much so I am praying that I am still going to be able to stick to my goal. I only have a couple days to go before it's next month. :(

Mar. 26th

Today went alot better than it has been. It was harder for me in the aspect that the food yesterday really effected me today. I did not feel good and I know it was because of the Burger King and the Dr. Pepper. I got up and had my Slimfast for breakfast. I ran some errands then came home and worked out for about 40 minutes. For lunch I had oven roasted chicken. For dinner we had a taco casserole kindof, not sure what it is called. I did snack a little but not much at all! I am hoping that today will make up for a bad week and start me off on a good note this upcoming week.

Mar. 25th

Today was a horrible day for me! I got up and had Special K for breakfast and worked out. I had shrimp for lunch with some pasta. That part of my day was good but then Sarah had made a peach cake thing so I ate some of that. I did make a berry smoothy hoping to curb any sweet tooth I had. No one could decide on what to do for dinner so at around 8 last night Burger King was bought and there I ate the most unhealthy! I hate the feeling I get too when I eat stuff that unhealthy! My body doesn't like that kind of food at all anymore. Anyways, I am really hoping i haven't screwed up my month now because I don't know how I will handle not being able to stick to my goal. I guess we will see if it ruins me or if I can stick it out and fix it! Tomorrow is going to be different though, I am going to be back to the schedule and plan I need to be on!

Mar. 24th

Today I got up and I have hit 14.2 lbs lost. I really need to step it up though! If I want to stick to my goal I need to have lost 15 lbs. I only have a few more days to stick to that. I am trying to keep my head up but the weight loss is going so slow and I know it is because I am not eating exactly how I should. :( I had slimfast for breakfast and worked out. After I worked out I went to lunch with Randy and had soup and salad. For dinner we had chicken and brown rice. I haven't been as good as I should at counting my calories on my phone. I think that is some of my problem so I am going to try and  be better about that.

Mar. 23rd

Today was a good day. I got up and was able to work out and good. I was glad about that! Especially since it was a stressful morning. I had an appt for Shylee and since I had their appts yesterday I wasn't going to let that always get in the way.  I had Chic-Fil-A for lunch but I got their grilled chicken sandwich. I know it isn't really healthy but owe well I guess. For dinner I made chicken soup and dumplings. Other than that it has been an overall good day.

Mar. 22nd

Today was an alright day. I got slimfast so I had slimfast for breakfast. I did not work out today. :(  I am struggling this week that is for sure. For lunch I had leftovers from last night. For dinner we had steak which was realllly good lol. Other than that, it was an uneventfull day. I snacked today too which is really going to be my downfall  unfortunately.

Mar 21st

So I got up today and found that I am ouf of Slim Fast. I had to have cereal for breakfast which isn't my favorite thing to do. I tried to work out today but just couldn't get into it as much. I still tried to do it but it wasn't as hard core as I normally work out. I had chicken enchiladas for lunch and had pizza for dinner. Not a good day for me AT ALL!

Mar 20th

Today was not a good day for me. I had a really hard time with the girls so I didn't do a whole lot. I got up and had cereal for breakfast. For lunch I had a sandwich. For dinner we had chicken enchiladas. I didn't count my calories today so that is frustrating!

Mar 19th

Today was a beyond LAZY day. I didn't work out which sucked but I just couldn't get up the nerve to do it today for some reason. I had cereal for breakfast then for lunch I kindof just snacked which is beyond bad! I had shrimp and tortellini for dinner which wasn't too high in calories. Not one of my good days that's for sure.

Mar 18th

Today was a pretty good day. I got up and had cereal for breakfast. I worked out hard, it felt so good!!!! I went to the mall with everyone because randy and Sarah went to Utah. I hope the walking around helped with the calorie burn for the day. I had Subway for lunch and then for dinner we had french dip sandwiches. Other than that, it was a pretty normal day. I didn't go over my calorie count and that is awesome lol!

Mar. 17th

Today was an alright day. I got up and tried to work out but I just wasn't in the mood today I guess because I only lasted like 20 minutes to half an hour. I had slimfast for breakfast and shrimp and pasta for lunch. I snacked a little bit today but it wasn't too bad until after dinner. For dinner we had steak and peas. I went to the store today and got celery and vegetables so that I have some better things to snack on in the house. Other than that, I had an ice cream cone after dinner so I am realllllly hoping that I don't regret that one.

Mar 16th

Today was an alright day. I got up and had a slimfast for breakfast but didn't work out except for the ab work out. I hope it does something. I had shrimp and whole wheat pasta for lunch. For dinner we had chicken tacos. I had chicken only once I looked at how many calories the tortillas had so I only had one of them. haha. We found the scale too because we have been going nuts not weighing ourselves and I think it is doing the opposite of what I wanted it to do.

Mar. 15th

Today was a pretty good day for me. I got up and worked out. I had a slimfast shake for breakfast. For lunch I had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I snacked a little but I don't think i did as bad as yesterday. I had chicken salad for dinner which was really good! I didn't have any ice cream, YAY! I had a 100 calorie bag of popcorn. I hope that's not horrible. I did walk after dinner so I am hoping that I burned a little bit of dinner off.

Mar. 14th

Today was a good day for me. I got up and had a slimfast for breakfast. I worked out with Cassie. I had chicken bites for lunch and then for dinner I had spagetti. I did snack too much today but I tried to snack on fruit rolls or small things. I am working on getting better with that. I did have an ice cream for a snack too which isn't good.

Mar. 13th

Today was an alright day. I got up today but couldn't work out because I had to go to church. I had a slimfast for breakfast and then a cereal bar for lunch. When I got back from church we had brakfast for lunch/dinner. I didn't snack a whole lot but I did have ice cream before bed. Other than that, the day was kindof boring.

Mar. 12th

Today was a bad and a hard day for me. I didn't pay as much attention to things as I should have. I got up and had a slimfast drink for breakfast. I had a few little smokies for lunch but I snacked  A TON today and I'm so mad about that! I hate it. I walked to the store this morning and saw Easter candy which is a downfall of mine and I shouldn't have bought stuff but I did. I walked a mile and a half with Sarah so the girls could play at the park. When we got back I realized how many calories the candy I had snacked on was and I freaked out! I got dressed in my workout clothes and worked my butt of to where I couldn't have done it any harder. I burned 849 calories according to my watch. I am hoping and praying that I didn't screw everything up by my snacking today. Tomorrow is going to be a better day for sure! I am not about to deal with this everyday that's for sure!

March 11th

Today was an alright day. I actually weighed myself today for the last time for a week. I had Randy hide the scale so I couldn't. lol. I have lost a total of 12.6 lbs. I worked out on my own this morning and it felt great! I got up and had a slimfast for breakfast. I had cereal for lunch. For dinner I had macaroni and cheese. I did snack a little today but it wasn't as much as yesterday. I hope that by hiding the scale I will work harder and lose the weight faster since I don't know if it is working and don't want to risk it not.

March 10th

Today was a pretty good day. I got up but really wasn't in the mood to do anything so I didn't work out today. I had tried later tonight but the girls wouldn't let me so Randy and Sarah worked out. I had a slimfast for breakfast, and had a chicken sandwich for lunch. I had poppyseed chicken for dinner which was awesome! I love that stuff. :) I snacked some unfortunately but I have gone without Dr. Pepper for a little while.

Mar. 9th

Today was a pretty good day for me. I got up and had a slimfast shake for breakfast. I had a special k bar as a snack and  for lunch had a roast beef sandwich. For dinner I had a chicken noodle soup dish, roll, celery and apples the a small piece of cake. We had our relief society dinner so I wasn't really trying to count calories but I took smaller portions.

Mar. 8th

Today was a pretty good day. I got up and had the slimfast drink for breakfast. I worked out again and loved it again. For some reason I think I am working out harder than normal because I am sure feeling the burn! I had chicken for lunch. I had steak for dinner so that was a little bit more than I wanted in the meat department of my diet lol. I did snack too much today so I am just hoping that I am still going to be losing weight this week.

Mar 7th

Today was an alright day. I got up and had a slimfast shake for breakfast. I worked out really hard today, it was nice!!! I had chicken for lunch. For dinner I had french dip sandwiches, one of my faves. lol. I did snack today but I am going to really try to work harder on that. I don't want to start gaining stuff back. I am already a bit down because I am at the weight I was last monday which means I have not lost a pound in the last week so I have to work extra hard to make sure I hit my 5 lbs this month!!

Mar. 6th

Today was a pretty good day for me! I got up and had a Slimfast drink for breakfast. For lunch we really just snacked. For dinner we went to some friends for a bbq and had probably not healthy food but it was good. I worked out today and loved it. I didn't really know how to count my calories with the dinner so I wasn't able to do that for today. :(

Mar. 5th

Today was a hard day for me. I didn't work out today which really I should have! I had cereal for breakfast and for lunch I had chicken.  For dinner we had chilis which I tried really hard to not eat too much of the really unhealthy stuff. They did give us a Molton Chocolate cake which didn't help. Of course I had to have some of that, that is the best stuff on the planet. I am just wishing that the temptation wasn't there. I have to figure this all out so I don't give in. I am not loosing at the rate that I should be which is very frustrating but we'll see if I can fix that this week.

Mar. 4th

So today was not bad at all. I didn't work out, we took the day off. I did watch what I ate though. I had a shake for breakfast, a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for lunch., For dinner we had chinese food. It was good but I sure felt different after it, I think my body just isn't handling fattier foods as well anymore which is a good thing. I haven't had Dr. Pepper in a while so I'm feeling really good about that!!!

Mar. 3rd

Today was a blah day! :( I got up and weighed myself and I've gained a little. I think it's honestly that I am going to be starting soon or I didn't drink enough water yesterday so my body is starting to retain water. I guess we'll see. I had slimfast for breakfast, chicken for lunch and we had a bad day with the girls today so I gave in and we had pizza for dinner. :( I am hoping I really don't regret this later!!!! We worked out today to the Core Synergistics and it's crazy! It hurts so bad but I am so glad we did it! I feel better doing that one for sure!

Mar. 2nd

Today was a pretty good day! I got up and weighed, I've lost another pound!!!! 11.8 down. I had a slimfast for breakfast. We went to Cassie's to work out. I worked out pretty good but again feel like I should have worked harder. I had subway for lunch and for dinner we had chicken and rice. I have been having a lot more energy lately so I've been able to do things around the house too that have helped with my calorie burning as well. :)

Mar.1st

Today was a  good day. I got up and weighed myself and I had lost not gained on my vacation. I have lost a total of 10.8 lbs! YAY! I got up and had slimfast for breakfast and then had a chicken for lunch. For dinner we had ravioli and tortellini. We did work out today, I didn't feel like I was able to work out as much as I would have liked but atleast I worked out right! :)

Feb. 28th

Today was an alright day. I didn't work out today because we got up and had to get things ready to leave Utah. I had a slimfast for breakfast and for lunch I had a grilled chicken sandwich. We got home and had tuna sandwiches for dinner. Other than that, not much happened diet wise.
