I got up this morning and had a slimfast for breakfast. I worked out which felt really good today! I had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for lunch. For dinner I made chicken tacos. I was under my calorie counter today which I hope is right. I weighed myself this morning at I weighed 15.2 lbs less so I hope I can start losing faster than .2 ounces a day. I guess only time will tell but I'm sure trying!
