Ok so I have been horrible lately! With the move and everything going on, I haven't worked out since last monday. I worked out today which was nice. I had slimfast for breakfast, subway for lunch, and lasagna for dinner. It wasn't a bad day at all. I weighed myself and I have lost 16.2 lbs!! YAY!!! I will be doing better than the last week now that we are somewhat settled and can function now.
