Apr 12th
Ok so I have been horrible lately! With the move and everything going on, I haven't worked out since last monday. I worked out today which was nice. I had slimfast for breakfast, subway for lunch, and lasagna for dinner. It wasn't a bad day at all. I weighed myself and I have lost 16.2 lbs!! YAY!!! I will be doing better than the last week now that we are somewhat settled and can function now.

Apr. 4th
I got up this morning and had a slimfast for breakfast. I worked out which felt really good today! I had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for lunch. For dinner I made chicken tacos. I was under my calorie counter today which I hope is right. I weighed myself this morning at I weighed 15.2 lbs less so I hope I can start losing faster than .2 ounces a day. I guess only time will tell but I'm sure trying!
Apr. 3rd
Today was a pretty good day. I got up and worked out. I had cereal for breakfast. I had a cereal bar and slimfast for lunch. For dinner I had sweet and sour chicken and rice. I weighed myself today and I am officially at 15 lbs lost. I snacked a little but not much at all today which is good!

Apr. 2nd
Today was a pretty good day. I didn't get any working out it but I was packing a lot so I hope that helped me some. I forgot to put that I did work out yesterday too. I had a slimfast for breakfast, for lunch I had roasted chicken bites, for lunch I had chicken but it was from Famous Daves, I tried to be really good there but honestly they are not the healthiest place! I am worried about my weight tomorrow :( I did drink a lot of water and no dr pepper!
Apr 1st
Today I got up and was really hoping that I would weigh my 15 lbs loss but no, still .4 oz off. GRRRRRR!!!!!! I had slimfast for breakfast, for lunch I had left over tortellini. For dinner I made baked potatoes and those were really good haha. Sarah made cookies so unfortunately I did snack on cookies some but overall my day was not that bad! :)
Mar. 31st
So I weighed myself and I am officialy still stuck at .4 oz from my 15 lb goal. I don't get it! Anyways, I couldn't work out today because of stuff I was trying to do so I was only able to do my sit ups and only 80 at that. Anyways, I had slimfast for breakfast, chicken bites for lunch I had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. For dinner we had steaks. It was an alright day for me, not the best though.
Mar. 30th
Today was an alright day. I didn't work out as much as I would have liked. I had an appt for Malea at the dr's so I only was able to work out for about 30 minutes. I got my 100 sit ups done. I am going to try and do that every night as well so hopefully I won't be aked if I am pregnant anymore. Not helping my self esteem that is for sure. I had slimfast for breakfast and chicken for lunch. For dinner we had fried rice and sweet and sour chicken, it was amazing! lol. I have been stuck with the losing weight thing so I don't know what is going on unless my eating habits are just ruining me but I'm going to make an effort to change them that's for sure. I've noticed that by the weight not being lost, I am becoming more and more discouraged and upset.
